However, in a rare case where the product received by the customer is damaged/broken or a different item/empty box is received, claims will only be entertained with a proper unboxing video shot continuously from beginning to end without any cuts or edits.
Claims regarding damages caused due to usage will not be entertained.

Cancellation policy : Any request for cancellation of orders once shipped, will not be entertained.

• Remove your jewelry before bathing, exercising, swimming, or going to bed.
• Store your jewelry in an air tight box or zip lock at a cool dry place when not in use to prevent scratching or discoloration due to oxidation.
• Keep away from soap, perfumes, moisturizers, and other hard chemicals.
• Wipe clean gently with a soft damp cloth followed by a dry lint-free cloth to restore its sheen and lustre.
