Shipping policy
At PAYA, the products are made to order and are customisable. Once an order is placed, it takes time for us to get it ready, which is different for every product. Please refer to individual product pages for respective production timeline.
We ship on all days, except sundays and national holidays.
Please note, If there are multiple products in the same order or multiple orders of the same address, all of them are clubbed together and shipped in one package unless otherwise informed to us.
In the event a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by the brand for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
Shipping costs charged (if any) while placing the order are non-refundable.
